6 months down, 6 more to go! Apologies for the delay in the update - it's been a lovely, but very busy month! As I mentioned in my previous post, I recently got a job at the Guinness Storehouse. Not only is it one of the coolest jobs I've ever had, it's actually quite rewarding and fun! I promise - I'm not just saying that because I currently work there - it's genuinely so much fun every day. Even the long, 10 hour shifts are lovely because I'm lucky enough to work with some of the coolest people I've ever met. So with most of my time taken up with working long hours, I haven't had much to update on. I also recently got trained in the tasting rooms at work (doing a script/tour and pouring drinks) so I get to brush up on my acting skills again, which was nerve-wracking at first, but now I'm starting to enjoy the interactions with customers - and trying some different accents, of course!
A few weeks ago my wonderful uncle decided to come for a visit, and needless to say it was a grand time. I got photos for my portfolio in parts of Ireland I never would've been able to see without a car - or patience from such a great uncle. It was a much needed break from the stress of everything.
And now I'm just a few days away from heading back to the States for Christmas - which I'm very excited for (I get to see Baron after a very long six months away). I hope everyone enjoys the holidays - I'll try to update as soon as I can!
